HK AA Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. We specialize in making large, medium, and small quantities of CNC machining aluminum, brass, stainless steel, plastic, INCONEL, and other parts, ball lock pins, spring plungers, lamp parts, oil pump gears, die casting, machining parts, universal joints, aluminum extrusion parts, worm gears, and so on.

400 CNC Machines

• 140 CNC milling machines, including 40 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis USA-imported HAAS machines to produce CNC aluminum, brass, and steel parts for the auto, semiconductor, medical equipment, clean energy, musical, and other industries.
• 20 imported 5-axis CNC milling machines, 1 German-imported Grob, 1 Sweden-imported GF, Japan-imported MAZAK, and Makino to strictly produce super high-precision metal parts like aerospace and boat impellers, rotor screw, 5-axis CNC machining parts, medical equipment parts, and so on.
• 10 large gantry machines to produce large-dimension parts and auto molds. The largest part we can produce is as long as 3.5 meters with a width of 1.5 meters.
• 80 lathe-turning machines, including 50 Japan-imported Tsugami, Brother machines, and 30 Swiss lathe-turning machines to produce large quantities of shafts, pins, screws, nuts, fittings, tubes, knobs, and so on.

Strict Quality Inspection

• HK AA is a manufacturer certified by AS 9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485; the strict quality control system ensures that every part is qualified before shipment.
• HK AA has 18 QC staff with at least 5 years of experience.
• HK AA has inspection equipment like German-imported Zeiss CMM, projector, tensile tester, finish tester, hardness tester, and salt spray tester.
