Our total facility area spans 28,000 sqm, including a 10,000 sqm certified Class 10,000 cleanroom. This ensures an ultra-clean environment for sensitive medical and automotive electronics. We also maintain dedicated RoHS workshops and specialized lines for small-batch pilot production, providing agility for both startups and Fortune 500 enterprises.

Equipped with international-standard hardware, we operate 15 high-speed SMT lines powered by YAMAHA mounters and ERSA nitrogen reflow ovens. We achieve placement speeds up to 236,000 CPH per line. To ensure zero-defect quality, we utilize advanced inspection systems, including 3D In-line SPI, 3D AOI, and high-resolution X-ray for complex BGA and fine-pitch verification. Our hardware strength ensures absolute stability for the most intricate multilayer designs.
