• Insulator (Housing):

Material: High-quality PBT or PA66 engineering plastic, white color, UL94 V-0 flame retardant rated.

Features: Excellent insulation, high temperature resistance, and dimensional stability, suitable for wave soldering processes.

• Contacts (Terminals):

Material: Phosphor bronze, offering superior elasticity and conductivity.

Plating: Tin-plated or selectively gold-plated contact areas for low contact resistance and good durability.
