1.What is the MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500 kilograms for each design and colorway. But we do accept smaller quantity for the first trial order. Please feel free to let us know your quantity of order you, we will calculate the surcharge, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We always provide exiting sample, as well as production sample for free. There will be no extra charge for doing and design sample for quantity below 50 pieces. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by UPS and DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, and it is up to your decision. It takes about 2-4 days to reach the destination.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own or our designs, it takes 15 to 20 days.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 to 50 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for massive quantity.
6. How many colors are available for towel?
We match colors with our Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular similar colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
Cotton USA, BSCI, GOTS, ISO, OEKO-TEX 100 and OEKO-TEX-Steps.
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is Telegraphic Transfer in Advance (Advance TT, T/T).
