Product Information
Key Specifications/ Special Features
BB20 also codenamed Wolverine, is a compound lyophilized peptide blend exclusively for laboratory research use. Each single vial contains 10 mg peptide component A and 10 mg peptide component B, with a total net weight of 20 mg, hence the name BB20. The product is presented as white sterile freeze-dried powder with HPLC-tested purity above 99%, free of extra irritating additives.
Peptide component A and peptide component B are two regenerative peptides with complementary biological pathways. Peptide component A is derived from human gastric juice protein fragments, while peptide component B is a synthetic analog of natural regenerative peptide TB4. Before subcutaneous injection, BB20 powder must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Unmixed dry powder requires sealed low-temperature storage below 8°C, and reconstituted solution is stable for only 21 days under refrigeration. It is not approved for clinical human treatment or cosmetic application globally, limited strictly to in-vitro and animal tissue regeneration research.
Four Core Product Efficacy
(1) Accelerate multi-tissue regeneration & injury repair
The synergistic combination speeds up healing of tendons, ligaments, skeletal muscle, skin and gastrointestinal mucosal tissue. Peptide component A upregulates growth factors including VEGF, TGF‑β and FGF to boost fibroblast proliferation; peptide component B optimizes intracellular actin transport to promote cell migration. Together they shorten recovery cycles of sports strain, soft tissue trauma and gastric mucosal damage.
(2) Promote angiogenesis and microcirculation reconstruction
BB20 activates dual angiogenesis pathways of its two components simultaneously. It stimulates new tiny blood vessel formation at damaged sites, improves local blood and nutrient supply to injured tissues, relieves tissue ischemia, and lays a foundation for complete tissue remodeling and functional recovery.
(3) Suppress chronic inflammatory response and protect cells
It inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines at injury loci to reduce persistent swelling and inflammatory damage. Peptide component A provides strong cytoprotection for digestive tract epithelial cells, while peptide component B lowers oxidative stress in connective tissue, alleviating inflammatory degeneration of joints and muscle tissue after long-term injury.
(4) Improve connective tissue biomechanical strength
Long-term research shows BB20 enhances collagen and elastin synthesis in tendons and ligaments. It reinforces the structural density of connective tissue, reduces re-injury risk of fragile damaged tendons, and restores original mechanical tension and elasticity of injured muscle and joint tissues.
