A. Please provide us with your product parameters, design drawings(.ai or .cad format), raw material preference, order quantity, then we will give you an accurate quotation report as soon as possible.
Should the aforementioned information be insufficient or unclear, our R&D team will provide you with a preliminary budget report and technical proposals.
Q. Is it possible to make samples quickly based on my specific drawings/colors?
A. Yes. Before mass production, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with your design files (.ai or .cad format) and color details (Pantone numbers, material type, reference samples). More detailed information will assist us in more accurately aligning with your vision.
Should the aforementioned information be insufficient or unclear, our R&D team will provide you with a preliminary technical proposals.
Q. What are the estimated lead times for sample production and final product delivery?
A. ETD for Sample: Regular samples require 7 to 15 days, 3D dials require 20 days, IML products require 35 to 45 days.
ETD for Mass Production: Regular products require 10 days, IML products require 15 days.

A. The commercial terms should be based on mutual agreement and may include options such as FOB, CNF, CIF, and DAP.
