1, Can I custom our own logos and designs?
Yes, you can custom the cards (one side or both sides) and the boxes.
2, What's the available card size?
Any custom sizes are acceptable. Standard playing cards are poker size (2.5×3.5 inches) and Bridge size (2.25×3.5 inches).
3, What thickness paper stock is available?
We usually use 300/320/350/400gsm white core paper for cards, 300/350gsm art paper or 2mm cardboard for boxes.
Any other material is available.
4, What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 500 decks per design, 5000 decks will get much better price.
Smaller quantity is ok, pls feel free to contact me.
5, What's the lead time/shipping time?
Lead time: Usually, 5-10 days for sampling, 10-15 days for mass production.
It depends on the product and order quantity. We also accept rush order and speep up production.
Shipping time: We can offer EXW/FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP services. By air/sea/train/land. It depends on your need.
6, Can you provide playing card samples?
Yes, of course. We will be happy to provide our samples to you.
Existing samples we already made: They are free, if you'd like to afford the shipping cost.Custom samples with your own design: There will be sample cost, the cost depends on the detailed needs.
7. What kind of artworks do you need and how to send the files to you ?
We usually need editable high resolution designs in PDF/AI/PSD format, with separated layers and fonts (or letters converted to shapes). You can send the designs by email/google/drive/wetransfer/dropbox.
8. Does your cards meet European and American standard?
Yes, we provide good quality custom playing cards and game cards with TUV, EN71,SGS, ISO 9001 certificates.
