EP10, also named eL, is a synthetic bioactive tetrapeptide with the amino acid sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, molecular formula \(\ce{C14H22N4O9}\) and molecular weight of 390.35 Da. Derived from natural pineal gland extract epithalamin, it was developed by Russian gerontologist Professor Vladimir Khavinson for anti-aging research after decades of biological aging studies.Supplied as lyophilized white powder with purity over 98% in 10mg single vials, EP10 is exclusively for laboratory research use and not approved for human medical treatment globally.
