GMS testing and certification

GMS Service, Google Mobile Service, GMS is a collection of Google apps to support the functionality of the device. Apps like Google Search, Google Chrome, YouTube, Google Play Store, etc. These apps work together to ensure that the device provides a good user presence and is as easy to use as it is right out of the box.

Many foreign operators require suppliers to pass GMS certification, and in some places where foreign operators dominate the mobile phone market, it is difficult to go through the operator channel without GMS certification. At the same time, at the recent Android conference, Google cut the major MADA manufacturers that did not come to the meeting and failed to ship, and what is more tough is that in the third quarter of 2017, GMS certification will be compulsory, otherwise it will not be used.
